Legend (formerly Leverade) set out to launch the world’s first NFT-powered trophy ecosystem for global sports. The platform had strong infrastructure but lacked clarity, brand, and mainstream appeal. Our challenge was to reposition and redesign it so it could scale across federations and engage athletes and fans.
We partnered with global organizations including the WBSC, International Softball Federation, FISU, and the Pan American Games. Our work covered the full ecosystem: brand identity, institutional website, web-based product (users, wallets, NFTs, transactions), plus a Telegram app, live event activations, and social communications.
The result is a platform that feels alive and accessible. In its first three months, Legend delivered 60,000+ digital trophies, onboarded 1,000+ leagues worldwide, and established itself as a flagship at the intersection of sport, blockchain, and AI.
